Holier Than Thou

I lived in a world
where honesty is gone
In a world too busy to care
about the little life of others,
In a world filled with misery
and sadness for those who
lived in poverty.....

I stayed in a world
where everything can be bought
if only you have the money,
In a world filled with corruption
and diseases,
Not known the good virtues
but only salvaging their life
through deceit and oppression.....

This was my world,
A world I wish I never to born to,
A 'Dead' World
where only the strong lives
and the weak perished,
In my heart, I sighed
a deep regret
for this world is dying,
and I'm dying with it.
